About
Every group holiday starts the same way: a chat thread that goes nowhere. Someone wants a beach, someone wants a city, one person's budget is a third of everyone else's, and usually the loudest opinion wins, not the best fit.
I built Where Next after watching my own family and friends go through this every single year: weeks of back and forth, half-hearted compromises, and someone quietly unhappy with wherever we landed. The idea was simple. Let everyone answer the same quiz privately, with no peer pressure and no talking over each other, then let the answers settle it instead of the group chat.
That's the whole tool: everyone quietly answers eight questions, and out comes the trip that actually fits the group. Two minutes each, no signup.
Kids who can't read yet aren't left out either. Each question can be read aloud, and answers are picture based, so the whole family can play, not just the readers.

Curious what’s in the pool? Browse all destinations the quiz can pick from, each with its best travel window, budget level and photos.
Where Next is a personal project, not a company. I built it because I wanted it to exist.
